Cancellation - if for any reason our services are cancelled we must have at least 48 hours notice.  In the event that no notice is received the client will be held liable for the amount payable if the services had been rendered. 

Sophisticated Cleaning Services Limited guarantees its services and asks for payment once the representative has finished the visit.  We prefer payment to be by direct debit or credit/debit card over the telephone but are also happy to accept cash or cheque as payment.

The Company provides all cleaning materials which are of the highest standard - a list of these is available on request.  Should a client require valuable items to be cleaned please inform the Manager when the quotation is prepared.

The Company is fully insured for Public and Employer's liability

If a client has any problems with any part of the service the Company provides this should be brought to a Manager's attention immediately to ensure action is taken to rectify any problems.

Should a client provide the Company with a set of keys please rest assured these keys are kept in a locked safe in a secure location and there is no reference whatsoever on the keys as to the clients name or address.
